Bring Roku to your TV - minus the box

Roku announced that it's thinking outside of the box...literally!  The Roku Streaming stick will turn any tv (with an MHL HDMI port) into an internet enabled TV (able to get content from Hulu Plus, Netflix, Pandora and more).   I saw this originally posted on Mashable, here is the link.

Private Selection - Belgian Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ok, so I've gotta pass this along.  Normally I post all things technical or related to technology in some form, however I'm making an exception.  The other day I got a coupon to try this product out and let me tell you, it doesn't disappoint.  The belgian chocolate ganache surrounding the moist cake filling.  I picked it up at Fred Meyer and if you'd like a coupon (for $2.00 off - which would make 4 cakes for around $2.99), just let me know and I'll get you one.  Enjoy!

Free iPhone/Android app that wakes you up based on the current weather conditions

Ok, this is just cool.  A free app that takes weather into consideration.  This app promises to wake you up earlier depending on weather conditions like ice, snow or frost.  And here's the best part, it's free.  Check out the link here:

Paul Allen is thinking outside the box....way outside the box.

This is amazing stuff.  I could see this not only as a way to get precious cargo up into space but also for those that want a chance to be in orbit.  If you get a chance, check out the video that's midway through the article.

Microsoft's Skydrive is coming to the iPhone.

When storage to the cloud is going to become standard practice, Windows finally realizes that in order to stay in the pack, they need to know that not everybody owns a windows device.  Great read from Barb Darrow at GigaOM.

Kindle Fire is looking more and more promising

Looks like hackers are trying to get the most out of the Kindle Fire's.  I've been thinking about purchasing a tablet and this might be the one I go with.  Android 4.0 potentially running on a $199 tablet.  Sweet!  PC World is where I got the story from.
